Saturday & Sunday Mornings Only:
-
Traditional or "Lobstah" Eggs Benedict
with "Cottage" Home-Fried Potatoes
If you're going to have something as rich as eggs benedict,
you might as well add some lob-stah! This is about as rich
a recipe as we make, but it's oh-so-good.
- Maryland Crab Cakes and Scrambled
Eggs with "Cottage " Home Fried Potatoes
Ron used to live on Kent Island on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
During this time, he took many opportunities to go "crabbing"
in quest of the most delectable crab in the world: The Chesapeake
Bay Blue Crab.
- New Orleans Mardi Gras ("Throw
Me Somthin' Mistah!") Quiche with Sausage or Bacon
A special dish that Barb prepares.
Ron, a professional musician for over 40 years, has performed
during Mardi Gras and in jazz clubs on Bourbon St., New
Orleans. This is his favorite French Quarter recipe.
